  • CEL Transact is PCI Compliant

    We are pleased to announce that CEL Transact, the managing division of Clearing House is now PCI compliant.


    CEL Transact has become PCI compliant to support the new software release of their Uni-Pay product, that now includes the ability to make credit card transactions.


  • Clearing House to become FSA regulated

    The Financial Services Authority (FSA) is an independent non-governmental body, given statutory powers by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.


    Clearing House is in the process of becoming an FSA regulated business, and we will keep you informed over the coming months about the process.


  • CEL Transact launches Uni-Pay version 2.0

    15th February, 2010

    Uni-Pay version 2.0 complete with secure on-line credit card functionality is now live. We have released this new version following a long period of customer feedback and subsequent development. The system is now live and ensures that Universities, Colleges and Language Schools can make significant savings on collecting fees from International Students – whether they pay by bank transfer or credit card.

  • Clearing House relocates its offices to Birchwood, Warrington

    Clearing House is managed by CEL Transact, the International Payment and Collection Service division of CEL Group.

    6 months after its management buy out CEL Group has moved its head office from Glossop to Olympic Park, Birchwood, Warrington.
