Clearing House is managed by CEL Transact, the International Payment and Collection Service division of CEL Group.

6 months after its management buy out CEL Group has moved its head office from Glossop to Olympic Park, Birchwood, Warrington.

The move to Warrington comes less than 12 months after the new Clearing House identity was launched and marks an exciting  time for both Clearing House and CEL Transact.

With regard to the CEL Group move Paul Kennedy, CEL Group Chief Executive said, “Warrington was always going to be the location for CEL’s new head office. Our move to Olympic Park will help us continue the transformation of the business which started following the management buyout in December 2008.”
